Frank M. Schulkes has been appointed vice president and chief financial officer of GE Healthcare - International.
 
Prior his current role, he held a number of finance roles in GE Plastics followed by staff executive to the GE CFO, and chief financial officer of GE Healthcare - Americas. Schulkes graduated from University of Tilburg in the Netherlands with a doctorate in business management as well as GE's Financial Management Program (FMP).
