GE Healthcare showcases enhanced ultrasound data management system
GE Healthcare introduced its ViewPoint 2007 data management solution for OB/GYN practices, vascular labs and diagnostic ultrasound users. This new technology is being featured this week at the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine show in New York.
New ViewPoint 2007 features to help improve ultrasound workflow include: split-screen mode and dual monitor support; image comparison from two examinations; and new integrated 4D View version 6.0.
Reporting improvements include: fetal growth and anatomy overview, and laboratory test overview; detailed fetal anatomy screen; second trimester risk assessment; improved first trimester risk assessment and Inter-twin EFW discordance; enhanced document management and improved electronic signature; improved image compression; report export; document history; and Insite Express Connect remote service.
