Grundig unveils mobile dictation recorder
Grundig Business Systems unveiled its DigtaSonic x420 mobile dictation recorder last month in Chicago at the 93rd scientific assembly and annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA).

DigtaSonic x420 shows all functions as symbols. It features the Soft Touch Composite finish and a smooth, rubberized coating; the slide switch makes for easy, one-handed, intuitive operation. Supporting the improved DSSPro voice standard, the DigtaSonic x420 boasts enhanced security as well as optimum sound quality. Voice files are encrypted during the recording of a dictation to allow the user to securely record and transfer confidential data using the dictation device. The DigtaSonic xMic digital dictation microphone is designed for added comfort during longer dictation sessions. The Digta CordEx wireless dictation microphone also comes with a new design; its docking station connects with the PC through a USB port, offering radiologists maximum flexibility when recording dictations.
