Guardian Technologies, Delft Diagnostic Imaging ink development agreement
Guardian Technologies International, a radiology informatics company, has entered a teaming and joint development agreement with Delft Diagnostic Imaging to establish a development program for the integration of Guardian's Signature Mapping software into the Delft Odelca-DR digital chest x-ray system.

Guardian Technologies recently entered a development agreement with the Aurum Institute of Marshalltown, South Africa, to perfect the use of Guardian’s Signature Mapping imaging technology to automatically detect, identify and quantify the bacteria that causes TB and the parasites that cause malaria, the company said.

The integrated product will be designed with special attention to the clinical imaging requirements for detection of tuberculosis developing countries, in support of the recent partnership.

According to Guardian, Delft Diagnostic specializes in medical PACS software solutions, direct digital imaging systems and system integration, and service of customized solutions for radiology departments.
