Hologic, a medical imaging company, and Aurora Imaging Technology, a MRI breast imaging company, have paired their products for MRI-guided breast biopsy.

The Bedford, Mass.-based Hologic said its Suros needle guide insert fits to the North Andover, Mass.-based Aurora’s rotating needle guide arm, allowing for compatibility of the Suros ATEC MRI breast biopsy device with the Aurora 1.5-Tesla dedicated breast MRI system.
