im3D Medical Imaging Lab presents series of diagnostic and theranostic tools
im3D – Medical Imaging Lab presented a series of diagnostic and theranostic tools for the detection and treatment of multiple cancer pathologies and debuted Visor DICOM visualizer at the 93rd scientific assembly and annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) last month in Chicago.

The DICOM visualizer represents an umbrella application to help the radiologist efficiently manage CT, MRI and other radiology exams for use with im3D’s CAD-based diagnostic tools. Visor enhances the functionality of im3D’s diagnostic workstation by grouping and displaying any number of radiological exams for quick, single-source visualization. Visor enables the radiologist to confront and compare exams, as well as relay exams to specialized CAD applications to optimize overall workflow. Visor interfaces with im3D’s CAD-Colon diagnostic system and PACS. Visor is the first in a series of new solutions which are being developed by im3D for breast, lung and other cancer pathologies.
