Medical diagnostic imaging device developer Imaging3 has received Notice of Allowance of its continuation-in-part patent application today.
According to Burbank, Calif.-based Imaging3, the company’s previous 27 claims were allowed in this continuation-in-part application. With this recent allowance, the patent number 6,754,297 is added to Imaging3's intellectual property.

The firm is developing a photo-flouroscopy device, Dominion, to provide real-time, 3D medical diagnostic images.
