UMass Memorial Health Care announced that it will install the 1.5T Dedicated Breast MRI System from Aurora Imaging Technology at its center in Worcester, Mass.
FUJIFILM Medical Systems USA announced that the group purchasing division of Premier Premier Purchasing Partners has again selected Fuji as a contracted supplier for computed radiography (CR), effective January 1, 2007, through December 31, 2009. Included in the contract are all of Fuji’s cassette-based readers which together provide a solution for every imaging application: FCR Carbon X and FCR Carbon XL; FCR XG5000; and FCR ClearView-CS.
Misys Healthcare Systems will deliver a comprehensive EHR system for Daughters of Charity Health System (DCHS), a California regional healthcare system. The significant multi-million dollar partnership will provide a core clinical system for DCHS operations to assist the organization in its mission to provide safe patient care and quality outcomes. Ultimately, DCHS will have an integrated healthcare IT platform serving all clinicians.
