Eclipsys Corporation filed its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year 2006 and its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for Q1 2007. Eclipsys said it required additional time to complete the preparation of these two periodic reports due to a voluntarily initiated review of its past stock option grants, addressing the timing of those grants and their related accounting and tax treatment. The company said it believes the filing of these periodic reports puts the company back in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Prior to making these filings, Eclipsys had received an anticipated Nasdaq Staff Determination Letter stating that the company was not in compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule, because it had not timely filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the first quarter of 2007. The company received a similar letter as a result of delinquency in filing its 2006 report.

Intelerad Medical Systems took part in and successfully participated in the IHE European Connectathon 2007, April 15-20, with its InteleViewer Workstation, its standalone DICOM viewer.

InteleViewer Workstation participated in five integration profiles with eight actor-profile combinations. The system successfully completed 49 individual integration tests with other vendors.
