Grundig Business Systems GmbH, a world-leading manufacturer of professional dictation solutions, has established a sales office in Chicago, Ill., to increase its presence on the U.S. healthcare market. To head up the office, Grundig Business Systems has appointed Christopher B. Hanley as its sales manager North America. Hanley will be responsible for expanding the Grundig Business Systems sales and support network in the United States as well as in Canada.
Huntington Hospital of Pasadena, Calif. has completed the installation of a state-of-the-art self-hosted disaster recovery solution to protect its Meditech healthcare information system in the event of a disaster. The solution further facilitates upgrades and system maintenance without system interruptions. JJWild served as the primary systems integrator, leading the efforts of its technology partners, BridgeHead, EMC, and HP, as well as Huntington Hospital’s internal IT staff.
