InnerWireless and PanGo announce merger
InnerWireless and PanGo Networks have merged to create a fully integrated wireless and location services company. The combined offerings include PanGo’s location services platform and asset tracking applications software such as its RF management platform, Horizon, in combination with the deployment capabilities of InnerWireless. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

PanGo co-founder Michael Campbell, who will serve as senior vice president for location services in the merged company, added, “There is extraordinary value in location-aware workflow and asset management, but until now, customers have been reluctant to invest because no single vendor could provide the assurance that systems would perform reliably and could be easily deployed and supported.”
The combined entities goal is to provide wireless systems that integrate voice, data and location networks to reliably deliver timely and relevant information to mission- and life-critical applications.
