InSite One, i3Archive, NDMA settle litigation
i3Archive, National Digital Medical Archive (NDMA) and InSite One have mutually agreed to dismiss all claims and counterclaims in a patent infringement lawsuit.

Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

In October 2006, InSite One filed suit against NDMA and i3Archive in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that NDMA and i3Archive infringed United States Patent No. 6,574,742, which relates to the offsite storage and management of digital images.

The Wallingford, Conn.-based InSite One sought an injunction to halt both NDMA and i3Archive from offering their services to present and future customers and for payment of damages.
