InSiteOne shows growing archive
On-site and off-site secure DICOM storage provider InSiteOne is showcasing at SCAR 2005 the rapid growth of its InDex Archive with a display of minute-by-minute image storage statistics taken from daily operations logs.
InSiteOne, which offers a single fee-per-study model, announced that its online storage services have achieved new milestones, including storing 17 studies per minute from its installed base of more than 300 sites. The storage service, which now supports cardiology, radiology and veterinary sites, reached a new threshold exceeding 324 million DICOM images, the company said.
InDex Archive allows small practices, imaging centers, hospitals and large enterprises to outsource their storage needs. Healthcare providers using InDex Archive range from small imaging centers with annual study volumes as low as 1,500; to large IDN's with annual volumes in excess of 400,000 aggregate procedures.
