IntelliDOT (Booth 1476) is presenting information about its NDC matching capability, released in version 2.6 of the IntelliDOT System, which takes advantage of IntelliDOT's medication database and allows the system to store multiple brands of the same medication.

The IntelliDOT System database can stored in multiple NDCs and barcodes for different manufacturers of the same medication. The IntelliDOT System links the correct NDC number for each dose scanned at bedside and sends it to the hospital's billing system.
