Konica Minolta launches DRYPRO
Konica Minolta Medical Imaging USA released its small dry film printer DRYPRO 832 at RSNA 2006 in Chicago. The product is takes up less than four square feet of table or floor space and thus can be located nearly anywhere in a facility, or used at a remote clinic or as part of mobile imaging services, the company said.

Konica Minolta said that regardless of its small size, the unit offers high resolution of 78.6 microns and high speed performance (50 seconds to first print, and 90 14 inch x 17 inch films per hour). The DRYPRO 832 can be configured with either one or two trays, the company said, for use with 8 x 10, 10 x 12, 11 x 14, and 14 x 17 inch film.
