Linc Facility Services (LFS) has acquired Morse Medical, an independent clinical technology maintenance and management service organization in the Pacific Northwest United States.

Under terms of the transaction, the Bellevue, Wash.-based Morse will merge into Technology in Medicine, LLC, but will continue to do business as Morse Medical, according to LFS.

The company will also be branded as “A Linc Facility Services Company” and become part of the LFS commercial division.

Founder and President Wayne Morse will join the LFS executive team as well as continue to lead Morse Medical, LFS said.
