Medrad has launched Manage.Report, an informatics application that allows healthcare professionals to remotely access clinical and administrative information associated with radiology patients' contrast injections.

Manage.Report captures and logs in a secure database essential patient and radiology management information concerning contrast injections delivered by Medrad's Stellant CT injector, the company said. The application also automates record keeping, increases data accuracy, simplifies the audit process and facilitates compliance with the Joint Commission. Medrad also said that RIS/PACS integration and remote service extensions are under development for the informatics solution.

The Warrendale, Pa.-based company said this release is the first in a series of informatics platform applications, and radiology imaging browser-based informatics solutions.
