Merge again warned about NASDAQ delisting

Merge Technologies said Tuesday it received yet another written notification from NASDAQ Stock regarding possible delisting from the Stock Market common stock. The letter states that the company’s failure to timely file a Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for Q1 2006 would serve as an additional basis for possible delisting.

As we have reported, on April 20 the company made an appeal for an extension to the end of June to regain compliance. However, the NASDAQ panel that received the appeal has not yet responded. These developments all followed the initial written notification relating to Merge’s failure to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2005.
