Elmsford, N.Y.-based AFP Imaging Corporation has completed the acquisition of Quantitative Radiology (QR) of Verona, Italy. QR has been the global leader in developing, manufacturing and distributing 3D digital x-ray imaging technology. QR’s core product NewTom is a specialized x-ray system that reconstructs the 3D radiographic images from the captured data. AFP has been QR’s exclusive distributor for North America for the past year.
