MIE allies with Google Health for EMR portfolio
Medical Informatics Engineering (MIE) has formed a collaborative relationship with Google Health, a current pilot project being tested in conjunction with the Cleveland Clinic.
The Minimally Invasive WebChart EHR portfolio from MIE will be integrated with Google Health, and enable consumers and physicians to share information electronically, the Fort Wayne-based company said.

The company said its products are web-based, giving physicians access to patient records without up-front investment. MIE said it also offers m.i.EMR, an EMR for small and solo practices looking for an EMR with basic functionality.
