Migratek is now offering a portfolio of services designed to assess, plan and execute an orderly transfer of patient image data. To address the challenges of rapidly and accurately migrating the image data, Migratek has developed a dicomBLAST data migration appliance. 

This appliance consists of computer hardware and Migratek-developed software custom configured for each migration job. The appliance can be configured to extract image data from legacy archives at transfer rates exceeding one terabyte per day.
