The Medical Imaging & Technology Alliance (MITA), a division of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association, has launched a new website, designed as a resource on medical imaging and radiation therapy for MITA members, the medical community, policy-making groups and the public.

MITA said the new website provides visitors with access to reports on imaging as published in medical and scientific literature and detailed statements on the value of imaging in the detection and treatment of medical conditions.

According to the alliance, members and guests can view MITA policy statements on legislative and public health issues, as well as electronically send a letter to their elected representatives in Congress.
