The saga continues… Merge Technologies Inc. now has announced that it has received a written notification from the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel that it will continue to maintain its listing in the national market subject. As we’ve reported, Merge still has to turn in its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal 2005, its Form 10-Q for the Q1 2006. All of this, plus Merge’s Form 10-Q for Q2 2006 must be issued to NASDAQ by the end of August to regain compliance with the NASDAQ listing standards.
