NaviNet (Booth 2190) is unveiling its NaviNet Payment Management, which is designed to help providers determine patient financial responsibility, develop a procedure to secure patient payment and facilitate payment remittance.

Preliminary solutions within NaviNet Payment Management include:

  • NaviNet Extended Eligibility, a service that providers health information professionals with access to more than 295 national and regional payors within NaviNet, to determine patient eligibility and benefits details even before care is provided.
  • NaviNet Medicare Eligibility, an additional service through NaviNet to link providers with Medicare for eligibility and benefits details.
  • NaviNet Payment Manager, a secure web-based application that records patient balances, submits credit and debit card charges, reports payments, and incorporates an online merchant statement that is reconciled with the visit records.
