NDSsi makes two appointments following CTO retirement
NDS Surgical Imaging (NDSsi) has appointed Peter M. Steven, PhD, to the role of chief technology officer (CTO) following the retirement of the former CTO, Ron Hansen.

Steven helped design and develop both the first diagnostic LCD display for radiology and the first auto-calibrating medical flat panel display.

The appointment means Steven will vacate the role of vice president and general manager, radiology business unit, which is focused on the Dome product portfolio. Joining the company to fill that role will be Daniel Webster, who has previously held leadership roles in four healthcare related businesses, according to San Jose, Calif.-based NDSsi.
