Portable CT developer NeuroLogica, in partnership with the Germany-based Pro Med Instruments (PMI), has launched the Doro CereTom intraoperative cranial stabilization system, which provides real time CT scanning for both invasive and non-invasive applications for head and neck surgery, according to the Danvers, Mass.-based company.

The introduction of the device will take place at the Congress of Neurological Surgeons annual meeting in San Diego, September 15-20th.    

NeuroLogica said that the Doro CereTom allows for monitoring without disrupting procedures and can be adapted to standard operating tables.
