NightHawk hires J.D. Power for survey
Remote radiology services provider NightHawk Radiology Services of Coeur D’Alene, Idaho, said it commissioned customer research firm J.D. Power and Associates to administer customer satisfaction surveys during the second quarter of 2007 (end-June 30).
Dr. Paul Berger, company founder and CEO, said that the study provides the firm with a comprehensive source of information about radiologists' needs in an industry that is undergoing major change.
NightHawk reported that the J.D. Power study results explore how radiologist customers perceive the quality of professional radiology services they receive from the firm and what determines their satisfaction. The results highlight opportunities for improvement in services, prioritized by those that are most important to radiologists, according to NightHawk.
