Nightingale grows Q1 revenues
Healthcare application service provider (ASP) of electronic medical record (EMR) systems, Nightingale Informatix of Markham, Ontario, reported a triple-digit increase in revenues and a decrease in net losses for its fiscal 2008 first quarter (end-June 30, 2007).

For the period, the company saw its revenues increase 105 percent to $6.1 million, Canadian ($5.7 million, U.S.), compared with its fiscal 2007 first quarter revenues of $3 million ($2.8 million). Nightingale said that it trimmed its net loss for the quarter to $1.8 million ($1.7 million), compared with a net loss of $2.3 million ($2.1 million) in the same period the prior year.
