Agfa Healthcare’s CR (computed radiography) products and services will now be in the catalog of large U.S.-based healthcare group purchasing organization Novation LLC. Agfa’s CR offerings include digitizers, plates and software for the digitization of medical images. The three-year agreement, effective next month, could potentially generate nearly $25 million in sales for Agfa.

Novation is the healthcare contracting services company of VHA Inc. and University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC), two national healthcare alliances in the U.S. The organization serves nearly 3,000 VHA and UHC members.
