Philips Medical Systems has been rated the No. 1 vendor for overall service satisfaction in ultrasound in the 2004 IMV Limited ServiceTrak survey. Philips received the highest marks for overall service satisfaction for ultrasound systems, including cardiology and radiology.

Customers were asked to rate manufacturers on a broad range of factors across the product ownership lifecycle, including: installation and training, satisfaction with service, satisfaction with manufacturer, system performance, help desk, and satisfaction with service engineer. Philips said received the top ratings for 28 out of 33 parameters for cardiology and 19 out of 33 parameters for radiology.
