Provox, a provider of speech recognition based radiology reporting and medical documentation solutions, and Vivalog Technologies, a provider of knowledge management systems, today announced a new joint project dubbed VoxComparison. The new tool which has been added to the VoxReports system enables radiologists to search for comparative studies during dictation. Additionally, the partnership should enable radiologists to improve diagnoses and reduce errors during the report creation process by providing a seamless way to query reference cases contained in Vivalog’s decision support products, the companies said.
