Quantum Medical Imaging has inked a letter of intent with Agfa's HealthCare Group that establishes Quantum as a reseller of a number of Agfa products, systems, and services in the United States. Once the deal is finalized, Quantum will provide digital and analog imaging solutions to its complete dealer distribution channel.

The three-year, renewable agreement also will include the possible development of entirely new product packages combining complementary Quantum and Agfa technological solutions.
