Toronto, Ontario — August 16, 2017 — RamSoft is proud to announce eight substantial additions to their US and international sales and support teams. With these new distribution partnerships, RamSoft can be more effective when addressing customer needs to provide more prompt and accurate services.
“We’ve expanded internally to work even closer with our distribution partners. The goal is to ensure our partners are set up for success by nurturing them into RamSoft product experts,” says Marilyn Solano, RamSoft’s International Sales Director.
Changes in workflow and interoperability requirements, provider consolidation, as well as the migration to all things digital have continued to challenge vendors and users alike. In response, RamSoft is working diligently to equip distribution partners with the tools they need to successfully aid imaging departments in streamlining their workflow, cutting costs, and improving patient care despite the frequent changes in the industry.
“Last fall we identified many resellers who were open to partnering with new vendors. These companies were seeking a solid imaging solution coupled with comprehensive support and responsiveness,” says Frank Baker, Channel Partner Manager, USA. “Our recruiting method was straightforward with a focus on RamSoft’s historical success and our commitment to channel partners. As a result, we have increased the RamSoft field presence in 18 states and added a variety of new PACS and RIS/PACS opportunities to our pipeline.”
RamSoft began their new recruiting efforts in the Fall of 2016 and has since then cemented partnerships with channel partners in North America, South America, and Asia.
