Requardt replaces Reid-Anderson as CEO of Siemens Healthcare
CHICAGO—Siemens Healthcare reported today that Hermann Requardt will replace Jim Reid-Anderson as CEO of its healthcare sector. The announcement was made from 94th annual meeting of the Radiology Society of North America.

The company said that Reid-Anderson is resigning for “personal reasons.” He only served in the position for seven months.

Requardt will also retain his position as chief technology officer and head of the corporate technology department, Siemens said. The managing board of Siemens appointed Michael Sen, currently head of its investor relations department, as new healthcare sector chief financial officer.

In April, Reid-Anderson took the reins from Erich Reinhardt, who resigned in conjunction with compliance violations within Siemens’ medical group. In May, Donal Quinn succeeded Reid-Anderson as the CEO of the diagnostics division of Siemens Healthcare.

The company said that the appointments will take effect on Tuesday, and Reid-Anderson's contract is terminated today.
