ScImage and orthopaedic EMR software provider Exscribe have announced a partnership to provide an integrated electronic medical record and RIS/PACS tailored for orthopaedic physicians. The system is being demonstrated this week at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons annual meeting in Chicago.
           
The plan is for Exscribe’s E-Record EMR software to broadened to share patient demographic information, submit digital x-ray orders, and display images in conjunction with the ScImage PicomEnterprise PACS.
