ScottCare, a developer of non-invasive external counterpulsation (ECP) therapy and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation telemetry, has acquired the operations of the cardiovascular diagnostic equipment manufacturer Rozinn Electronics of Glendale, N.Y.

The Cleveland-based ScottCare remarked that the acquisition will allow it to accelerate development and marketing for Rozinn's diagnostic product suite, as well as expand the availability of ScottCare’s cardiac rehabilitation telemetry and ECP therapy products.
