Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics has launched the DCA Vantage Analyzer, a point-of-care diabetes patient management platform providing glycosylated hemoglobin, microalbumin/creatinine and albumin-to-creatinine tests for diabetes management.

Siemens said its DCA Vantage Analyzer monitors a patient's glycemic control and delivers actionable test results during a patient visit.

The current launch is taking in place in Europe, while the product is pending FDA clearance in the U.S.
