Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics has made version 2.0 software available for the Rapidlab 1200 Series blood gas system.

Designed for critical care laboratories, the Rapidlab 1200 system provides test menus for blood gas, electrolytes, metabolites and full CO-oximetry.

Siemens Diagnostics said the new software will be a required upgrade for all existing customers and included on all Rapidlab 1200 systems in the future.
