BJC HealthCare, a nonprofit heathcare organization based in St. Louis, has purchased five Somatom Definition Flash CT scanners from Siemens Healthcare.

The scanners--which allow for sub-mSv cardiac imaging--will be installed in several facilities within the organization, including St. Louis Children’s Hospital, said the Malvern, Pa.-based company.
