Siemens launches upgrade for Acuson ultrasound
Siemens Healthcare has launched the 2.0 release of its compact Acuson X150 ultrasound system.
According to the company, the system’s Phase Inversion Tissue Harmonic Imaging improves contrast resolution, and features MultiHertz multiple frequency imaging to provide the functionality of multiple transducers in one. Siemens touted the system for OB/GYN, early pregnancy, reproductive medicine and abdominal imaging.
