Siemens releases new remote troubleshooting service for syngo Dynamics
Siemens Medical Solutions Service Division has added the new Remote CardiacIT Administrator to its portfolio of products. The remote troubleshooting service is available on syngo Dynamics Server or Acom.Net, as a server maintenance package that proactively ensures servers stay up and running. The service was showcased ACC 2007 in New Orleans.

The Remote CardiacIT Administrator works as a weekly monitoring tool that is operated by Siemens engineers. They review system status events for application and server hardware errors, trends or potential problems with non-archived patient data, helping to avoid issues before they occur. Each week the engineers will check for administration errors; archive device and media log errors; perform remote repairs when possible; and notify customers when they need to take action. Additionally, the Siemens engineers can dispatch on-site service technicians if a remote fix is not possible.

The service is available on any Acom.net server or syngo Dynamics server. It works with those servers in conjunction with a Siemens Medical Solutions cardiac catheter lab.
