Siemens reshuffles medical division leadership

Siemens Medical Solutions today announced three new executive leaders. Current Health Services (HS) division President Tom Miller will be taking a spot on the Group Board of Siemens Medical. Moving into his position will be Janet Dillione, who has served as the division’s chief operating officer since last year. The Health Services (HS) division is focused on healthcare IT. This change will take place on July 1.

In other changes, following a 20-year career with Siemens, including leadership roles with Siemens Energy and Automation, Tom McCausland has announced his retirement as president and CEO of the Customer Solutions Group (CSG). Replacing McCausland is Heinrich Kolem, PhD, with responsibility for sales and service of Siemens' healthcare business in the U.S., including imaging and healthcare IT. Kolem previously serves as the president of the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Division of the company.
