Most respondents to last week’s reader survey indicate that they plan to soon acquire a CR mammography to further upgrade their digital breast imaging workflows. Just over 31 percent indicate that they will acquire a system this year, 32 percent have plans for next year, and 26 percent are hoping to have one in three years. Only 5 percent of respondents said they have no plans to shift to CR for mammography.
