Quantum Medical Imaging has completed an installation of its DiRex digital system, which combines a radiographic system and an Agfa DX-S CR system, at the State of Franklin Healthcare Associates in Johnson City, Tenn.

Digital X-Ray Specialists, a Quantum U.S. gold-star dealer, facilitated the sale and installation.

State of Franklin Healthcare has selected the DiRex system, which combines direct radiography with a cassette-based system. The Long Island, N.Y.-based Quantum said its DiRex system uses a ceiling-mounted tube stand.
