Toshiba updates Infinix x-ray system
Toshiba America Medical Systems has upgraded its Infinix VF-i/BP C-arm with large- and mid-size flat panel detectors.
The bi-plane vascular x-ray system has a 12 x 16-inch large flat-panel detector on the frontal plane, and a 12 x 12-inch mid-size flat-panel detector on the lateral plane that allows clinicians additional angles and anatomical coverage.
The five-axis design on the infinix-I system is said to reduce overall procedure times, according to the Tustin, Calif.-based company.
