Kent & Sussex Hospital, part of Maidstone Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, in Kent, England, has installed Siemens Healthcare’s Axiom Luminos dRF digital system.

The system is being used by the hospital for exams that combine fluoroscopy and radiography, such as for patients undergoing barium enemas and swallow studies, according to the company. The hospital also has ordered a wireless detector upgrade so that the system can be used for general radiography procedures.
