Wireless medical information technology developer WiFiMed Holdings of Marietta, Ga., has completed its acquisition of electronic health record (EHR) developer JMJ Technologies of Atlanta. The deal was finalized August 10 this year by a vote of the JMJ shareholders.

As a result of the acquisition, WiFiMed will acquire 100 percent of the stock, assets, and operations of JMJ. The combined company plans to deliver an EHR product.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
