Zotec Partners has merged with EmPhysis Medical Management, a physician practice management for radiology, anesthesiology and pathology based in Rockwall, Texas, to provide medical billing services and license software to hospital-based physician specialty practices across the United States.

The partnership will benefit EmPhysis’ current clients as they will have access to enhanced product offerings and practice management tools, according to Zotec.

Despite the partnership, Zotec said that its headquarters will remain in Indianapolis.
