CDW, a provider of technology products and services to business, government and education, today announced an assessment services offering for qualifying medium and large organizations to consider server virtualization at no cost and with minimal effort required from the participant.

The core of the offerings include a self-guided assessment (SGA) and a server virtualization assessment (SVA). CDW's server/storage specialists use the SGA findings gathered by the assessment tool to build and recommend a custom server virtualization solution. With the SVA, CDW's team assists in installing the data-collection tool and in building the virtualization solution.
