GE Healthcare has announced the appointment of Noland Joiner as chief technology officer (CTO) for its Global Integrated IT Solutions (IITS).
According to GE, Joiner will lead the technology and enterprise architecture strategy, including efforts around interoperability, product roadmap and long-term vision for next-generation products. He will also oversee the IITS Product Strategy Council and report to Vishal Wanchoo, president and CEO, GE Healthcare IITS.
Prior to joining GE, Joiner spent 23 years in various technology roles, including most recently as the principal and central region practice leader for Capgemini Consulting. In addition, Joiner has held several leadership, technology and client-facing positions at Oracle, IBM Global Services, Business Systems Engineering, Deloitte & Touche and Andersen Consulting, according to GE.
